Training Management

Do all your forklift drivers have valid certifications right now? Sure?

Expired forklift certifications. Fire safety training that never happened. Managers who "think" everyone is trained. You need to know - not guess.

Small or enterprise. Recruitment or construction. AmpliFlow fits everyone.

Reality

From spreadsheet to system

When the training plan lives in Excel, follow-up becomes person-dependent. You can plan the work, but it is hard to see status, expiry dates, and what is actually complete without checking several files.

In AmpliFlow, the training plan becomes part of daily follow-up.

  1. 1

    Plan by role and person

Each training plan shows the name, position, responsible people, and deadline.

  2. 2

    Track status and expiry dates

You can see what is planned, in progress, completed, or due for renewal.

  3. 3

    Document completion directly

Completion date, evaluation, and assessment are saved in the same plan.

  4. 4

    Link training to competence requirements

The plan connects to the competence matrix so you can see why the training is needed.

You do not have to guess which training is complete. Everything is in one place, ready for follow-up and audits.

ISO Requirements

The chain that keeps your organisation competent

ISO standards don't just require training to exist - they require you to demonstrate that training fulfills a competence requirement that in turn satisfies a standard clause. AmpliFlow creates that chain for you.

1

Training completed

Fire safety training on March 3. Status: completed.

2

Competence updated

Fire safety is marked as certified in the competence matrix.

3

Requirement satisfied

The competence requirement "Fire safety" in ISO 45001 §7.2 is met.

4

Auditor sees it

Traceable documentation from training to standard requirement.

FAQ

Questions about training management

Answers to common questions.

How is AmpliFlow different from an LMS?
AmpliFlow manages competence requirements, training plans, and tracking of completed training. You link training materials directly to competence requirements. What makes AmpliFlow unique is the connection to your management system - training plans are tied to positions and competence requirements so you see why training is needed, not just that it exists.
Can we link training to specific ISO requirements?
Yes. Training plans are linked to competence requirements in the competence matrix, which in turn are linked to ISO clauses (e.g. 7.2 Competence). This creates a traceable chain from training to standard requirements.
How do we keep track of certificates with expiry dates?
Competencies in the competence matrix can have expiry dates. By regularly reviewing the competence matrix, you can see which certificates need renewal and plan retraining on time.
What does a training plan contain?
A training plan has a name, linked position, people to be trained, deadline, status, execution date, evaluation, and performance assessment.
How do we document completed training?
When training is completed, you record the execution date, evaluation, and assessment directly in the training plan. The documentation is available during audits.
