See the whole year or one month at a time

The wheel view shows how activities are spread across the year. Compare months in the yearly-calendar table or look at a date in more detail in the monthly view. Colours distinguish your categories, such as people and finance.

Plan recurring activities

Describe what will happen and set a date or period. For recurring activities, choose months, week of the month, weekday and duration. Start from a template or create a blank year wheel with the activities you need to coordinate.

Subscribe in Outlook

Publish the year wheel's calendar and add its calendar link as a subscription in Outlook or another calendar app. Simple, clear, familiar!

Common questions

Can we have multiple year wheels?

Yes. You can create separate year wheels for a team or a project, for example. Each wheel has its own categories and activities.

How do we add an activity that lasts several days?

Set a start and end date for the activity. You can also add times when an activity needs a specific time of day.

Do you need human expert help?

Use the software to build your management system yourselves, or get help with setup and implementation. We agree the scope of that help before you decide.
