Choose a template or start blank
The quality manager picks the 'Basic Company' template. It includes categories for Leadership, Finance, HR, and Quality with common activities already filled in.
Customize activities
Adds 'Supplier evaluation Q2' as a one-time activity and 'Safety round' as recurring monthly. Each activity gets an owner.

What views are available?
Three views: wheel view (circular SVG with activities as arcs), table view (table with activities per month), and monthly view (calendar with day-level detail). All show the same data.
How do recurring activities work?
Choose which months (any combination), which week of the month (first, second, third, fourth, or last), which day of the week, and duration (1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, or full month). Optional end date.
What templates are available?
Nine Swedish and nine English templates: basic company (with internal audit, management review, risk assessment), HR, safety and environment, project management, municipality, marketing, IT project, educational, and association.
Can we have multiple year wheels?
Yes. Create one per department, per project, or per standard. Each wheel has its own categories and activities. The list shows a miniature preview of each wheel.
How do categories work?
Categories form rings in the wheel. Each category has a name, a colour, and a sort order (inner/outer ring). More categories mean more rings.
Do we need ISO certification to use the year wheel?
No. The year wheel is useful for anyone planning recurring activities. The templates for ISO-certified companies make it especially easy if you already have or are planning certification.
