Management systems that actually get used – not just during audits

AmpliFlow is the platform for organizations that want ISO certification without binders, Excel chaos, and documents nobody can find. One system for all quality work - deviations, risks, checklists, and goals.

Used by organizations that take quality seriously

Sound familiar?

Documents nobody can find

The quality manual lives in a SharePoint folder with 14 subfolders. New employee? Good luck finding the right version of the right document.

The deviation that disappeared

Friday afternoon. A colleague spots a problem. It gets written on a note that vanishes before Monday. The same error shows up again next quarter.

The auditor asks - you search

"Can you show your risk assessment?" Silence. Someone remembers it was in a spreadsheet. Was it Anna's or Erik's version?

Administration instead of improvement

You copy data between systems, chase signatures and update status reports. The time that should go to actual improvement gets eaten up.

It doesn't have to be this way. A good management system should help you in daily work – not be something you feed with data before the next audit.

High Level Structure

Same foundation - regardless of standard

All ISO management system standards share the same basic structure. This means you can reuse large parts of your work when adding more standards. AmpliFlow is built around this shared structure.

AmpliFlow makes preparing for ISO certification manageable

A modern management system built for how organizations actually work today.

Traceability across the entire chain

Deviations are linked to processes via "Discovered in" and "Occurred in". Risks are displayed in the process map. The auditor sees exactly what you did and why - without you having to piece it together.

One audit - multiple standards

Audit templates cover requirements from ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 in the same review. Shared processes, risks and competence matrices are managed once - not per standard.

Checklists that feed the system

Scheduled checklists run weekly or monthly with photos, barcodes and file uploads. Results flow directly into audits and improvement work - no manual transfer.

From deviation to improvement automatically

A deviation leads to root cause analysis, action with deadline and verification of effect. Five defined steps - Registered, Analyzing, Acting, Verifying, Closed - so nothing falls through the cracks.

Common questions about ISO certification

How long does certification take?

It depends on size and maturity. The time is not about documentation but about the organization starting to work according to the new processes. The auditor wants to see the system living, not just nice documents. Need to show customers you have started? We issue a statement confirming you have begun your certification.

Do we need a consultant?

No. With the right tools, most organizations can drive the work internally. This gives you deeper understanding and makes the system easier to maintain. Bring in external help when you need specific expertise.

What does certification cost?

Certification fees vary depending on certification body and organization size. Beyond that, factor in internal time and possibly system tools. Contact us for current AmpliFlow pricing. A well-functioning management system pays for itself through more efficient processes.

Can we certify to multiple standards at once?

Yes, it's common and often beneficial. All ISO management system standards follow the same structure (HLS), so many tools and processes are shared.

What happens if we don't pass the audit?

Most get minor remarks the first time - that's completely normal. You get time to address them before the certificate is issued. Focus on building a system that actually works in daily operations, and the certificate follows naturally.
