Plan who will take part in training and when

Record what needs to be learned, who should take part and what time or other resources are needed. Link the plan to relevant positions and set a deadline, so you can put the training into practice.

Follow up on what the training achieved

Once training is complete, record the date and assess how the knowledge works in the task. Save the evaluation and your assessment in the plan. This helps you see what the training achieved and where more practice is needed.

Questions about training management

What does a training plan contain?

A training plan has a name, linked position, people to be trained, deadline, status, execution date, evaluation, and performance assessment.

How do we document completed training?

When training is completed, you record the execution date, evaluation, and assessment directly in the training plan. The documentation is available during audits.

Do you need human expert help?

Use the software to build your management system yourselves, or get help with setup and implementation. We agree the scope of that help before you decide.
