Your goals are in a January PowerPoint. How many have you actually hit?
AmpliFlow connects every goal to an owner, a process, and — if you are ISO-certified — a specific requirement. You always see what is on track, what has gone off course, and why. Without compiling anything.
Used by organizations that take their goals seriously

From company goals to individual KPIs - in a single view
Click a goal below. See who owns it, which process it belongs to, which ISO clause it satisfies, and whether it's on track.
Every goal in AmpliFlow has a name behind it — an owner who knows this goal is theirs. Status updates continuously. Deviations link automatically. This is not a spreadsheet. It is a way to run the business.
The board asks: "How are our goals tracking?" Answer in 5 seconds, not 5 days.
Before management review, most teams pull data from five different places. In AmpliFlow the picture is always current — the status overview is there, with owners, trends, and linked actions. Stop compiling. Start analyzing.

The auditor does not ask for a document. They ask for evidence that the work actually happened.
ISO 9001, 14001, and 27001 all require you to set objectives, track them, and connect them to your operations. Writing them down is not enough. In AmpliFlow, objectives are live — they have owners, trends, and linked actions. That is what auditors want to see.

Questions about goal management in AmpliFlow
How does the hierarchical goal structure work?
You create strategic goals at the top level and break them down into department goals and KPIs. Each level has its own owners, measurements, and deadlines. The tree structure lets everyone see how their work contributes to the whole - from the shop floor to the boardroom.
What status levels are available?
Six: On Track, Behind, At Risk, Blocked, Completed, and Draft. You set status manually, giving you full control over how you communicate progress. Status is visible instantly in all overviews and reports.
What does ISO 9001 require regarding objectives?
ISO 9001 clause 6.2 requires quality objectives that are measurable, communicated, and regularly evaluated. You need to document resources, responsibilities, timelines, and evaluation methods. AmpliFlow structures all of this, so you don't need to build your own spreadsheets.
Can we control who sees which goals?
Yes. Each goal has permission settings with three levels: Owner, Editor, and User. You choose which teams are involved and whether the goal is visible to the entire organization. Managers can use "View As" to see other teams' goals.
How do goals connect to the rest of the management system?
Goals in AmpliFlow can be linked to processes, risks, and actions. When a goal isn't met, you can create corrective actions directly. During management review, goal status is compiled automatically. Everything is logged with full history - perfect for audits.
