IT and tech: follow up deliveries, projects and skills
You know the technology. Running a stable business also takes workable procedures, clear responsibilities and regular follow-up. AmpliFlow provides the structure and tools to set goals, assign tasks and follow through on your decisions. If you want help shaping how you work, consulting is available as an optional service.
Management by objectives
The product team counts checks while others prepare the colleagues who will receive the delivery. A shared goal lets you follow both checks and preparations.
In AmpliFlow, create goals and subgoals, select responsible people and involved teams, and add measurements. The person following up records results and describes the remaining work.
Here, Northstar Instruments is preparing Aster for customer handover. Northstar is a fictional technology company working with electronics, firmware and cloud services. This particular image concerns the physical product's release readiness: 6 of 8 checks and 2 of 4 operator briefings are complete. Two checks and two briefings remain.
The follow-up gives colleagues specific information for their next review. They still need to perform and assess the checks before deciding on handover.
Explore goals and measurementsProject management
A launch involves more than development. When customer-site preparations and other dependencies run in parallel, the project team needs to be able to return to the same update.
Start a discussion in the AmpliFlow project, write the update and let colleagues reply in the thread. The message stays in the project's context instead of only being spoken at a meeting.
The project team has a saved update to return to. The work described is still in progress and the thread has no replies yet.

A completed course alone does not tell you whether a colleague can handle the next support or service task. Record what you practised, what you observed and what needs follow-up.
In AmpliFlow's training planning, select participants and describe resources and dates. After the activity, record execution, evaluation, results and comments.
In Northstar's example, Jonas practised Aster diagnostics and calibration evidence. The evaluation describes three practice cases and what Omar observed during a repeat exercise. The comment sets out the next task: review two supervised field cases before assessing competence separately.
At the next follow-up, Jonas and Omar can read what the evaluation was based on and what remains.
Explore training planningStructure for running your business
Set goals for the business, assign project work and follow up on the skills colleagues need. AmpliFlow gives you the structure and tools to manage these areas, including when one person has several responsibilities.
At progress reviews, you can refer back to saved goals, tasks and training evaluations. Use that information to decide what to prioritise next, assign responsibilities and identify further training needs.
