Your internal knowledge base. In the same system as everything else.
Procedures, instructions, and policies in a folder structure with permissions. Write directly in the system. Find in seconds. Export to PDF.
Internal knowledge base integrated into the management system.

Documentation nobody finds helps nobody.
Procedures in SharePoint. Instructions in a shared folder. Policies on an intranet nobody visits. The information exists, but it is scattered. New employees ask around. Auditors wait.
- Procedures in a SharePoint folder. Nobody finds the right version.
- New employees ask around for instructions that should be readily available.
- HR procedures are in a folder everyone can see, even though they should be restricted.
- New employees ask for instructions. Nobody knows where they are.
In AmpliFlow, procedures, instructions, and policies live in the same system as the processes they describe.
- Pages, folders, and files in the same system as processes, deviations, and goals.
- Permissions per page, folder, and file. HR procedures visible only to HR.
- Rich text editor with images, tables, code blocks, and formatting.
- PDF export with preview. Print without leaving the system.

From empty structure to living knowledge base
How you build your internal knowledge library, step by step.
The structure is created
The team lead creates folders: Procedures, Policies, Instructions, HR. Each folder gets the right permissions.
Pages are written
A new procedure is written directly in the system. Rich text with headings, images, tables, and formatting. No Word file to upload.
Files are uploaded
Drawings and certificates that already exist as files are uploaded to the right folder. PDF files can be previewed directly.
Permissions are set
The HR folder is restricted to the HR team. A padlock icon in the tree view shows it has custom permissions.
Content is used
Employees search and find the right page in seconds. The manager exports to PDF. Everyone sees who last edited.
Knowledge lives where the work happens.
Pages in AmpliFlow are not a separate intranet. They live in the same system as processes, deviations, and documents. Procedures that are described are linked to the processes they belong to.
Documents
Pages and document management are the same feature. Everything lives in one folder structure.
→ Read moreProcesses
Process descriptions can link to detailed pages with instructions and checklists.
→ Read moreNews
An announcement can link directly to a page. New procedure? Communicate it and link to the instructions.

What is the difference between pages and document management?
Pages and document management are the same feature in AmpliFlow: what we call Pages. Policies, procedures, and uploaded files live in the same folder structure. There is no separate document management system.
How do permissions work?
Each page, folder, and file can have its own permissions: Owner, Editor, and Viewer. These are separate from global roles. A folder with custom permissions shows a padlock icon in the tree view.
Can we export pages to PDF?
Yes. Server-side conversion from markdown to PDF with in-app preview before download. Also supports printing directly from the browser.
What file types can be uploaded?
Any file type. PDF files can be previewed directly in the system. Files can be renamed, moved between folders, and deleted.
Is there a search function?
Yes. Fuzzy search across all page titles, folder titles, and file names simultaneously. Matching text is highlighted in the results.
Do we need ISO certification to use this?
No. An internal knowledge base is useful regardless of certification. If you have ISO requirements for documented information, it becomes easier to keep procedures and instructions accessible.
