How quickly will I get a response from support?

We respond to support requests during business hours, Mon–Fri 08–17 CET.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot password" on the login page. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password. The link is valid for 24 hours.

Can I get help with onboarding?

Yes, all new customers have access to onboarding support. Contact us to book a walkthrough of the system.

How do I add new users?

Go to Settings > Users > Add user. Enter the name and email address, and an invitation will be sent automatically.

Which browsers are supported?

AmpliFlow works best in modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend always using the latest version.

How do I create a deviation?

Click "+ New" in the menu and select "Deviation". Fill in the description, choose a category, and assign a responsible person. You can also create deviations directly from checklists.

Can I customize workflows?

Yes, you can configure custom statuses, categories, and workflows for deviations, actions, and documents. Go to Settings to customize according to your needs.

How does document management work?

Upload documents, set version and approvers. When the document is approved, it is published automatically. Old versions are saved and searchable.

Where do I find the audit log?

Every object has an activity log that shows all changes. Click on the object and scroll down to "Activity" to see the history.
