A system where food safety work actually happens.HACCP, traceability, and supplier control in one platform.
AmpliFlow is not a document archive. It is the platform where you run HACCP controls, investigate deviations, manage supplier approvals, and track goals - all in one system. FSSC 22000, BRC, and ISO 22000 are met as a byproduct of how you work. For industrial food producers, AmpliFlow also covers NIS2 and cybersecurity requirements that became Swedish law in January 2026.
NIS2 changes the game for food producers and wholesalers
Industrial food production and wholesale distribution are classified as important entities under NIS2. In Sweden, these obligations became enforceable through the Cybersecurity Act (cybersäkerhetslagen, SFS 2025:1506) on 15 January 2026. That means cybersecurity requirements, incident reporting, and supply chain control - requirements that did not exist in the food industry before.
What you already know but haven't solved yet
The HACCP plan exists. The procedures are written. But the daily work still happens in binders, spreadsheets, and email threads - and the next audit will show it.
HACCP documentation that must hold up
Critical control points require traceable documentation. Paper logs may pass a basic inspection - but not an FSSC 22000 or BRC audit. And not during a recall.
Temperature monitoring without gaps
Cold and freezer temperatures must be logged regularly. Deviations require immediate action AND documentation. Without digital support, gaps appear that auditors find.
Allergen management with consequences
Incorrect allergen labeling can harm consumers and force recalls. Traceability from raw material to finished product is an absolute regulatory requirement.
NIS2 now covers food producers and wholesalers
Industrial food production and wholesale distribution are classified as important entities under NIS2. In Sweden, these requirements became binding law through the Cybersecurity Act (cybersäkerhetslagen, SFS 2025:1506) on 15 January 2026. That means information security, incident reporting, and supply chain control requirements - on top of food safety.
Supplier quality and traceability
Contaminated raw materials, incorrect specifications, or suppliers without controls. Your final product is only as safe as the weakest link in your supply chain.
Hygiene and cleaning routines
Daily hygiene checks, equipment cleaning, and staff hygiene routines. Systematic follow-up - not one-off efforts before inspection.
Standards for food safety
ISO 22000 and HACCP principles are the foundation. ISO 9001 and 14001 complement with quality and environment.
Food Safety
Combines HACCP principles with management system requirements. The foundation for FSSC 22000. AmpliFlow supports documentation and follow-up.
Learn more about ISO 22000 →Quality Management
Complements food safety with process control and continuous improvement. Widely accepted by customers and retail.
Learn more about ISO 9001 →Environmental Management
Waste, packaging, and energy consumption. Increasingly important with CSRD - your customers need your environmental data.
Learn more about ISO 14001 →Information Security
NIS2 and the Cybersecurity Act require information security from food producers and wholesalers. ISO 27001 provides the framework - risk assessment, incident handling, and supply chain control.
Learn more about ISO 27001 →Tools for HACCP, hygiene, and food safety
Features built for food industry reality - not generic forms.
Checklists for HACCP controls
Build checklists with value fields for temperature and limits. Schedule controls per hour or shift. Document with photos when needed. Deviations triggered on limit breaches.
Learn more →Deviation handling for food safety
Temperature exceedances, product defects, customer complaints, and supplier deviations. Structured workflow: registration → analysis → action → verification.
Learn more →Document control for HACCP plans
HACCP plans, cleaning routines, allergen documentation, and work procedures. Access control ensures the right staff have access.
Learn more →Competence and hygiene training
Food hygiene certificates, allergen training, and onboarding. Competence matrices and training planning.
Learn more →Calibration of thermometers and equipment
Register measuring equipment with calibration dates. See when calibration is due and document completed calibrations.
Supplier register with deviation linking
Register food suppliers and link deviations directly to them. Follow up on delivery quality systematically.

food products
Systematic HACCP follow-up reduces the risk of foodborne illness and recalls.
inspections
All documentation collected digitally. Show temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and training records immediately.
reported deviations
Easy registration increases reporting rates. More deviations = better decision basis = stronger food safety.
brand
Certification and documented food safety builds trust with customers and retailers.
Questions about AmpliFlow for food companies
What is AmpliFlow?
AmpliFlow is a platform where food companies run their daily food safety and quality work: HACCP controls, deviation handling, supplier approvals, process documentation, and goals. It is not a document archive - it is the system where the work actually happens. FSSC 22000, BRC, and ISO 22000 are met as a byproduct of using the platform.
Can AmpliFlow handle HACCP documentation?
Yes. Checklists with value fields for temperature, scheduled controls (hourly/daily/per shift), and deviation handling to follow up on limit breaches. You build checklists that match your critical control points.
Does AmpliFlow work for food safety inspections?
AmpliFlow collects what inspectors want to see: temperature logs, cleaning schedules, staff training, and deviation handling. All documentation is searchable and can be shown directly during inspection.
Does AmpliFlow support ISO 22000/FSSC 22000?
AmpliFlow supports the requirements these standards set: document control, deviation handling, risk analysis, competence management, and measurement. Many food companies use AmpliFlow for their HACCP work and certification.
How does NIS2 affect the food industry?
Industrial food production and wholesale distribution are classified as important entities under NIS2 (Annex II). Medium-sized and large companies are in scope. In Sweden, the Cybersecurity Act (cybersäkerhetslagen, SFS 2025:1506) transposes NIS2 into national law since 15 January 2026. That means requirements for information security risk management, an early warning within 24 hours and incident notification within 72 hours, and supply chain control, on top of existing food safety requirements. Penalties for important entities can reach 1.4% of global turnover or EUR 7 million. ISO 27001 provides a framework to meet these requirements.
