Workplace conditions change when you implement controls and check their effectiveness with workers. AmpliFlow keeps the records together.

    Plan implementation

    Define the scope and the help you need. Set up AmpliFlow yourselves or with agreed implementation support.

    Assess risks together

    Identify hazards with workers, including workload and changes to the work. Review applicable requirements and set objectives.

    Put controls into practice

    First try to remove the hazard. Assign responsibilities, implement controls and check they work in the workplace. Keep the records in AmpliFlow.

  4. 04

    Review and improve

    Carry out internal audits and management review. Management decides on resources and improvements. Address gaps before the external audit.

  5. 05

    Independent certification

    A certification body audits your occupational health and safety management system and decides on the certificate. The external audit costs extra.

From report to on-site check

A report needs a decision, an owner and a check of the result. AmpliFlow keeps the records for each part together. A task marked complete does not by itself show that the hazard is gone.

  • Report hazards and near-missesA worker reports a blocked walkway in AmpliFlow. The manager investigates the cause with the people working there and records the decision.
  • Assign and follow up the actionThe manager assigns a task to arrange different storage. The owner marks the task complete. The team checks on site that the walkway stays clear and records the result.
  • Use checklists for safety roundsDescribe the checks in a template and record observations from each round. Identify hazards between rounds too.

Use the software to build your management system yourselves, or get help with setup and implementation. We agree the scope of that help before you decide.

    your team sets up and leads the work.

  • Implementation support

    Mini includes Swedish-speaking software support and introductory training. Midi provides project leadership, and with Maxi we build the management system with you. Midi and Maxi include migration of files at no extra migration charge.

Your team still coordinates its part of the work, and management makes the business decisions.

Questions before ISO 45001 certification

How do we involve staff?
Give workers and any worker representatives time, information and a say in decisions. Emphasise the involvement of non-managerial workers when identifying hazards, choosing controls and investigating incidents. AmpliFlow keeps the records, but a form does not replace consultation and participation.
Are safety rounds and documentation enough?
No. You need to keep identifying hazards, assessing risks, implementing controls and checking effectiveness. Management is responsible for resources and follow-up. Keep the documented information required by the standard and your operations; software alone does not fulfil ISO 45001.
Can we bring files from our current system?
Yes, if you choose software with implementation help. Migration of agreed files is included at no extra migration charge. Free migration is not included with software only. Together, we review the material before the move.
Do we need to buy the ISO 45001 standard itself?

We recommend having access to the standard, either by purchasing it or through a subscription. This lets you read the original requirements, look up questions and make your own assessments.

Yes. You can share documents, responsibilities and follow-up in AmpliFlow. Review each standard's own requirements; shared tools do not make the requirements identical.
