The hosted MCP server now shows the full AmpliFlow surface intended for browser-based AI assistants. For a ChatGPT connection, the visible tool list grows from 116 to 264 tools after a refresh or reconnect.

This is mainly a fix to the hosted connection. The server had the capabilities, but clients reading the tool list from mcp.ampliflow.cc did not see every area. Assistants can now see more of the workspaces already available in AmpliFlow.

What’s new

MCP clients can now see more AmpliFlow areas in the hosted connection: processes, year wheels, controls, checklists, custom lists, news, training, environmental aspects, and history.
Assistants can read more of the process hierarchy: process overview, processes, subprocesses, and process steps. That makes it easier to ask how ways of working fit together before changing anything.
Assistants can read year wheels, activities, and categories. This helps when you want to plan or follow up recurring work together with an AI assistant.
More registers are visible through MCP, including legal requirements, customer requirements, suppliers, stakeholders, customers, and items.

Improvements

The hosted MCP connection now matches the full server version more closely. Clients such as ChatGPT and Claude get a more complete view of the AmpliFlow areas they can help with. OpenAI also has its own ChatGPT Developer Mode guide for testing MCP connections in ChatGPT.
Tools still follow the signed-in user’s permissions and the tenant’s enabled modules. If a module is not enabled in your tenant, the assistant should not get access just because the MCP tool exists.
For Microsoft 365 Copilot and other clients with lower tool limits, we are still working out the smartest way to offer narrower MCP profiles. This update is for the full hosted surface.
