AmpliFlow makes it easier to do things right
When a check reveals a problem, colleagues need to know what you found and where before they can address it. AmpliFlow is software for following your organisation's checklists, recording checks and reporting deviations. Your answers stay available to the people following up, without a separate paper form to hand over.
Follow the checkpoints at the workplace
Use your organisation's template in Checklists, for example for a handover or maintenance check. Provide the answers, photos or files the checkpoints ask for.
Describe the issue while it is fresh
If an issue needs investigation, you can manually report a deviation from the checklist. Describe what you found and where it happened. The case links to the activity so colleagues can read the observation when following up the issue.
For ISO 45001, the report provides information to address the issue and follow up the action. If you find a damaged guard during a check, follow your organization's safety procedure and describe the damage in the deviation, with a photo if useful. The owner can investigate the cause with the colleagues involved and record the action. A later check provides information to assess whether more needs doing.
Follow tasks and record project time
In Projects, you can follow tasks with owners and due dates. When your organisation uses Timesheets, you can also record time against projects and project tasks.
