A simple item register
Which of your item numbers matches the supplier's, and how is the item supplied? AmpliFlow is software for managing procedures, responsibilities and follow-up. Its item catalogue is a register of item names, internal and external numbers, types, amounts, units and suppliers. These details are used when selecting items for a purchase order.
Find the item by name or item number
Search by item name, internal item number or external item number. You can also filter the list by supplier and type. Two separate number fields help colleagues distinguish your number from the supplier's. An archived item is removed from the active list.
Describe the item with a type, amount and unit
Select a type and unit from your system's options and enter an amount. Together, these details form the item description, for example 50 pcs / Box.
Keep item details separate from orders
The catalogue holds item details and the supplier link. You can select the supplier's active items on a purchase order. There, enter the order quantity, line status and estimated delivery. The order quantity is a different field from the amount in the item description.

Mini includes Swedish-speaking software support and introductory training. Midi provides project leadership, and with Maxi we build the management system with you. Midi and Maxi include migration of files at no extra migration charge.
