Staffing and recruitment companies using AmpliFlow

Quality, occupational health and safety, and information security in one system

A client's certification requirement may be the reason to start. But your procedures also need to work when you accept an order, onboard a consultant or review an assignment.

In AmpliFlow you can use the same tools for documents, risks and follow-up. If you want help preparing for certification, we'll review what you already have in place and what needs developing.

Competence is essential in staffing and recruitment

Review your assessments per person and planned and completed training. Compare them with the client's assignment description to identify training or support needs before the consultant starts.

An ISO 9001 example: an assignment requires a particular inspection method. Review the competence-matrix assessment and completed training records. If practical experience is missing, plan mentoring and then assess how the method is used on the assignment. You have information for deciding whether the consultant can take the task independently or needs further support.

If the client changes the tasks, you can return to the same information. Review what the change means for the consultant and what needs to be added.

Give consultants a clear start at the client company

Consultants need to know which tasks the assignment includes, which procedures apply and who to ask for help. Agree with the client who will deliver each briefing so you can address gaps before the assignment starts.

Document the agreed briefings in an AmpliFlow checklist. Record what you have covered and what remains. This gives you information to review with both the client and the consultant, even if a different colleague takes over follow-up.

If a gap is discovered, you can report a deviation, document the investigation and assign actions. Follow up with the client and consultant to see whether the problem has been resolved.

When an assignment didn't go as agreed

A client calls about a missed induction. What was missing, who will address it and how do you prevent it happening again?

In AmpliFlow you can document the complaint as a deviation, investigate the cause and assign actions. Record what you changed and what follow-up showed, so the next induction can be better.

Questions from staffing and recruitment companies

What does the competence matrix show?
It shows recorded competence and your assessments, alongside planned and completed training. You assess the information against the requirements of the assignment.
How do we document cooperation with the client?
Describe responsibilities and contact routes in your procedures. Use checklists for tasks and agreed briefings during induction. Note what remains and who will handle it.
Can we report issues found at a client site?
Yes. You can record a missed induction or a client complaint and take the case through investigation and action.
What do we do when a client requires an ISO certificate?
Bring your client's question to a free conversation. We'll discuss which certification they are asking for, how you work today and what help you need to move forward. You can use AmpliFlow yourselves or choose consulting support before certification.
Do we need implementation help?
You can use the software and lead implementation yourselves. Implementation support and consulting are optional.

What does your next client require?

Bring your client's question to a free, no-obligation conversation. We'll discuss where you are today, show you the software and talk about where you'd like help. You don't need to know ISO terminology or have a finished plan.
