A super-simple tool for purchase orders

What are you buying, from whom, and when do you expect delivery? AmpliFlow is software for managing procedures, responsibilities and follow-up. Its purchase-order tool keeps the order's supplier, contact person and item lines together. Enter quantities, line statuses and estimated delivery so colleagues can read the same details.

Select a supplier and add order lines

Select the supplier and one of its contacts. Then add items linked to that supplier. For each line, enter a quantity, select a status from your available line statuses and optionally add a note. See an order for four installation kits.

Orders, suppliers and items have different roles

The purchase order describes the current order. In Supplier management, you keep supplier details and assessments instead. The item register describes the items used on order lines.
