For Quality Managers

You hold the organization together. You need a system that does the same.

HSEQ in Excel, projects in another system, goals in PowerPoint, documentation in SharePoint. Every day you coordinate across tools that never talk to each other. AmpliFlow brings processes, projects, goals, deviations, risks, and documentation into one platform. Everything connects, without integrations.

Quality managers who want oversight, not more tools, use AmpliFlow.

Sound familiar?

Too many tools, no complete picture

Quality managers coordinate more than anyone. But when your systems don't talk to each other, you get stuck in administration instead of improvement.

Chasing colleagues for updates

Process owners and document owners need constant reminders. You spend more time nagging than improving.

Audit preparation takes weeks

Gathering evidence and documentation for external audits is a manual, time-consuming process. Every single time.

Strategy and daily work don't connect

Business goals sit in a PowerPoint. Deviations sit in another system. Nobody sees the connections.

Excel is the management system

Risk registers, action lists, competence matrices — everything lives in different Excel files that nobody fully controls.

The Reality

You carry more responsibility than your title suggests. Your system should help.

The quality manager is often the hub of an organization. Processes, documentation, compliance, improvement work. It is an operational leadership role, not just an audit job.

Regulatory requirements are just one of many pressures

ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, NIS2. The requirements exist, but they are one of many pressures you balance. The business needs to deliver, staff need to function, processes need to improve.

Documentation nobody reads creates no value

You have spent hours writing procedures and instructions, but they are buried in a folder structure nobody can navigate. Systems that create value for employees get used. The rest collects dust.

Improvement work requires time you don't have

Every hour you spend compiling, reminding, and administrating is an hour away from what actually strengthens the business.

The Solution

One system to run and improve the entire organization

AmpliFlow is not a documentation system. It is the system where work happens. Your employees run projects, track goals, handle deviations, and solve problems here, every day. ISO compliance builds up as a natural side effect of working in the platform.

  • Processes mapped and linked to risks, goals, and deviations in the same database
  • Projects with milestones and tasks — linked to your strategic goals
  • Documentation collected and searchable with version control and read receipts
  • Deviation handling with workflows, responsible persons, and follow-up
  • Risk register linked to your actual processes — not in a separate spreadsheet
  • Checklists for audits and follow-ups with links to deviations
  • Does your industry require ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, or 45001? You meet the requirements by working in the system

Value

What you get as a quality manager

More improvement work, less administration

When administration is handled automatically, you free up time for what actually strengthens the business — identify opportunities, avoid unnecessary costs, and drive improvement.

Stress-free audits

All documentation is collected, traceable, and searchable. Audits become a non-event.

The organization sees the connections

Every deviation links to its process. Processes have risks. Risks appear in management review. This is not a feature — it is how the system thinks.

Projects linked to strategy

See which projects contribute to which goals, where they stand, and what is blocking them. Not in a quarterly report, but now.

More reported deviations

Easy reporting means more deviations are captured. More reported deviations means better insight into what needs improving.

Management sees the value

Dashboards and reports that show management the value of quality work — without you having to compile it manually.

FAQ

Questions from quality managers

Answers to what we often hear from quality managers evaluating AmpliFlow.

We don't have ISO certification yet. Is AmpliFlow relevant for us?

Yes. Processes, projects, goals, and document management are things every organization that wants to work in a structured way needs. And if you later want to get certified, you don't need to build anything new — if you are already working in AmpliFlow, you meet the requirements.

How long does it take to get started?

Most organizations are up and running within 2-4 weeks. Every part of AmpliFlow comes with an implementation project that guides you step by step. You don't need to start with everything at once.

How do I get the organization on board?

AmpliFlow is built to be easy to use. Employees can report deviations, read documents, and see their tasks without training. For process owners and the quality team, there are more advanced features that we train on.

Does it work for integrated management systems?

Yes. AmpliFlow is built to handle quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and information security in the same system. You avoid duplicate work and get a unified view.

We already have Excel, SharePoint, and Trello. Why do we need this?

Those tools work individually, but they don't connect projects to goals, goals to processes, or processes to deviations. AmpliFlow creates those connections.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the number of users and which modules you need. Contact us for a quote. We have customers from 10 to several hundred users.
