Equipment register: keep track of tools and calibration dates

Which torque wrench do you mean, and when is its next calibration due? AmpliFlow is software for managing your organisation's procedures and follow-up. Its equipment register holds names, ID numbers, descriptions and calibration dates. You can also see how equipment is linked to checklist steps and templates.

Find the equipment and read its details

Search by name and open the equipment's detail view. Give each item an ID number and description so colleagues can tell similar tools apart. There is also space for a comment. Archiving lets you remove equipment no longer in use from the active list.

You enter and update the next calibration date yourselves. The date appears in both the list and the detail view. Sort the list by calibration date when planning which tools need calibration.

See counts of linked steps, templates and checklists

The equipment list shows counts of linked shared steps and templates. It also counts checklists with linked steps that have not been completed with OK. The checklist count depends on the user's role and association with the equipment. Read more about recording the work in Checklists.
