Release Notes 2026-02-09 to 2026-02-15

AmpliFlow Box shipped this week. It lets you pair physical devices β€” label printers, scanners, displays β€” with your AmpliFlow account using a pairing code, monitor their status, and manage print queues tied to specific checklists. If you run checklists on the shop floor and want printed labels without manual steps, this is the foundation for that workflow.

We also closed a gap in PDF reports and added login history for audit trails.

What’s new

  • AmpliFlow Box: device provisioning with pairing codes, heartbeat monitoring, and print queue management bound to checklists. This is the first step toward connecting shop-floor hardware directly to your management system.
  • PDF reports now include values from custom list activities linked to checklists. If you track materials, equipment, or other structured data through custom lists, that data now shows up in your generated PDFs.
  • Login history tracking records authentication attempts for your organization. Review who logged in, when, and from where β€” useful for ISO 27001 access control audit requirements.
  • RSS feeds are now available for changelogs at /changelog/rss.xml on both ampliflow.se and ampliflow.com. Subscribe to get release notes in your feed reader.

Improvements

  • The text editor handles formatting errors without crashing. If something goes wrong with the content format, you get a clear message and the editor stays usable.
  • Goals now keep archived subgoals when you save, so you no longer need to manually remove old subgoals before updating a goal.
  • The Pages search field supports parameter filters for narrower results.
  • Auto-assigned columns in resizable tables cap at 500px, preventing one column from taking over the entire screen.

Fixed bugs

  • Saving a new Operational Risk Analysis in a process chart no longer fails.
  • The link edit popup in the text editor closes when you click outside it.
  • Fixed a rendering issue in the calendar timeline view.
