Improvement Form Fixes and AI Risk Management Enhancements
Last week, our team focused on improving the user experience in AmpliFlow by fixing bugs, introducing new features, and making significant improvements. The updates aim for a smoother and more intuitive interface with better performance for our users.
New Features

Added tooltips in improvement forms to guide users on how involved users are managed.

Implemented new validation for improvement forms to ensure correct data entry.

Introduced translation support for email notifications, with localized step names based on the user’s language settings.
Bugs Fixed

Resolved an issue where users sometimes could not save improvement forms after copying.

Fixed a bug that prevented new users from seeing improvements when added as involved for the first time.

Corrected an issue with the sidebar list for improvements not working correctly in either desktop or mobile view.

Ensured the impact assessment feature flag now works correctly, allowing users to submit improvements even when they do not subscribe to the impact assessment feature.
Improvements

No longer sends email to the responsible person when they are also added as involved in improvements, to reduce unnecessary notifications.
