Link several customers to a list item through MCP

You can now ask an AI assistant connected to AmpliFlow through MCP to link a custom-list item to several existing customers in the same Customer field. The field must be configured to allow multiple values.

Supplying customers for the field replaces its entire selection. Include any customers you want to keep in the new selection. The item’s other fields remain unchanged unless included in the update. Each supplied customer must be identified unambiguously among the active customers you can access; otherwise the change is refused before the item is written.

This support applies when the assistant creates or updates an individual item, not to bulk import or other selection-field types. Your usual permissions still apply. If a save result is uncertain, inspect the item before trying again.
