Owners for deviation tasks through MCP

AI assistants connected to AmpliFlow through MCP can now add owners to tasks in deviations.

Improvements

• Assignments are checked against the saved owners. Assigning a person who is already an owner leaves the assignment unchanged, and other owners are kept.

This applies to tasks in deviation task lists. Assignment does not change user-selection fields or who is responsible for a step in the deviation workflow.

If the assignment cannot be confirmed, the assistant receives an error. Read the current state before retrying, and make one assignment at a time.
