Mark activities as read and collapse the filters
Activities in projects and in the combined activity view can now be marked as read and unread. When you open an activity, it is marked as read automatically, and you can mark activities as unread to find your way back to them later. On the same surfaces, filters have moved into a collapsible panel you can close to give the content more room.
What’s new
Read and unread activities
The activity view, project workspace, and notification list now track whether you have read an activity. This makes it easier to see what is waiting for you instead of everything looking the same.
- An activity is marked as read automatically when you open it.
- You can mark a single activity or a whole group as unread. Unread activities show a counter until you have gone through them.
- Read status stays consistent between the project and combined activity views, and persists when you reload the page.
- Mark everything as read when you have caught up with the feed.
Collapsible filter panel
The filters on the activity view and improvement dashboard now sit in a left-hand panel you can collapse and expand. On mobile, the filters open in their own sheet so the results get more room.
- Collapse the panel on desktop to show more results.
- Open the filters from a button on mobile.
- Selected filters remain active when you collapse or close the panel.
Improvements
Dates and open in a new tab
- Milestones and projects now use the same date picker as the rest of AmpliFlow, with a calendar and clearer editing.
- Project names on the timeline and project cards can be opened in a new tab with right-click or middle-click.
Process chart
- Nodes in the process chart update immediately while you resize them, instead of only after you save.
Search in Pages
- Search includes the titles of pages, folders, and uploaded files in projects.
- When Pages finds a match, it opens the project and folders leading to the document so the complete path appears in the navigation tree.
Checklist reports
- Date fields in checklist reports can now be sorted chronologically.
- You can turn off multi-column sorting without first clearing each sort. The first sort is kept when you turn the option off.
Fixed bugs
- Pasting an image now works in the description of a new improvement.
- Saved link titles now appear in rendered descriptions, for example in project tasks.
Security
- We updated a technical dependency to fix a security issue.
