Keep assigned work and project documents in the right place
The Tasks view now brings together work assigned to you from projects, goals, improvements, checklists, and controls. Start with the complete list or choose a workspace that shows the fields and actions for that part of AmpliFlow.
Project documents now live in Pages instead of a separate Files tab. We have also made it clearer who approved or rejected a timesheet week.
What’s new
Tasks
The Tasks view provides one paginated list of assigned work across AmpliFlow. Each row shows where the task comes from and opens the relevant project, goal, improvement, checklist, or control.
- Choose All tasks, Projects, Goals, Improvements, Checklists, or Controls. Each workspace shows the columns and filters that matter for that source.
- Search, select one or several assignees, include completed tasks, and sort by fields such as due date or impact where those values apply.
- Opening a task takes you to the right source and highlights the selected task. Project links also work when opened in a new tab.
- Counts for each workspace remain accurate regardless of which page of results you are viewing.
Project documents in Pages
Projects now use the same document surface as Pages. Project members get folders, stored files, editable pages, templates, and one navigation tree without keeping documents in a separate Files tab.
- Create a blank page or start from a template, add folders, and upload files directly in the project’s document area.
- Link an existing page to a project without copying it. The link keeps following the original page when it moves.
- Project membership and project permissions control who can view and edit the documents. Separate Pages permissions cannot be changed for project content.
- Document events appear in project activity and the combined activity view. Project documents can also be shown and found in the Pages navigation tree.
Timesheet review
Timesheets Owners and Editors can now switch between direct reports and everyone with a Timesheets role. This supports shared oversight when the usual manager is unavailable.
- The former Viewer role is now User. A User can record time and review direct reports, while Owners and Editors can review everyone.
- The status of an approved or rejected week shows who reviewed it and when the review happened.
- The report user filter groups choices as Me, Direct Reports, and Other Users based on your permissions.
Improvements
Checklists
- Opening and working with checklists that have many steps and blocking relationships is faster because AmpliFlow retrieves the specific steps it needs.
Security
- We have also updated underlying web components to strengthen protection in AmpliFlow.
