Year Wheels can now appear directly in Outlook and other calendar apps through a calendar subscription. Projects can be closed when the work is done, and the project list can show who is working right now.

This period also includes a new feedback portal, better matching against project milestones in timesheets, and clearer filters in news, checklists, and reports.

Year Wheels can be published to calendars and projects can be closed

Year Wheels can now be published as a public tokenized .ics link. Owners and editors can copy the subscription link from the menu and unpublish the Year Wheel to revoke the link.
Connected calendar matching rules can now match calendar events to project milestones, projects, and tasks. This makes it easier to place recurring meetings and planned activities at the right level in timesheets.
Projects now have a closed status. Lists, cards, tables, filters, and status badges use the same rule, and the quick filter hides closed projects without hiding other completed states.
The projects list has a new People working now filter. Users with timesheet access can show projects where at least one timer is active.
Users who can view a project task or discussion can now also comment. Viewers can join the conversation without receiving broader edit access.

Views, reports, and lists show the right information more clearly

Suggested and manually added timesheet rows are now saved when you change week or reload the page. Rows that later get time entries are cleaned up from the local copy, so they do not return as duplicates.
The project picker in timesheets and calendar rules is steadier and more consistent. Comment fields are also disabled for rows with no time entries, so it is clearer when a comment can be saved.
The news view now has author filters, date-range filters, and sorting for publish and expiry dates. Mandatory news now shows more clearly whether you are actually targeted, and images inside news content can be opened in a preview.
The project Tasks tab badge now shows open tasks and open milestones instead of all tasks. This gives a better picture of how much work remains.
The like marker in discussions now shows who liked the message when you hover over the heart.
The quick-add task field shows a spinner while the task is being created. Slow projects are clearer, and accidental double-clicks are less likely.
Collapsed milestones now show an unread-comment counter instead of a single orange marker.
Project and timeline views are easier to use with filters: projects can be reordered while filters are active, timeline headers stay in sync while scrolling, and archived projects open the archive.
Year Wheel labels and recurring activities are laid out better. Labels on the lower half read in the right direction, and activities that repeat on, for example, the first or fourth Friday are placed closer to their actual time in the month.
Checklist reports have better sorting and filtering, including multiple sort columns, date filters, and nested filters.
Lists and tables in Zen Browser (a Firefox-based browser) now work as they should.

Fewer issues in projects, news, and calendar rules

When you drag to reorder project tasks, the order is saved even with filters on, hidden rows, or moves within the same milestone.
Milestone due dates now show correctly when you edit and can be cleared again.
Tasks in draft projects no longer appear in the shared task list.
News statistics show a clear message when everyone has read, instead of an empty list.
The list of dismissed news now shows the right person.
The goals card in the top navigation now shows the highest goal you actually have access to, even when you cannot see the parent goal.
The calendar timeline loads styles in the right order, so custom adjustments appear as intended.
The matching-rule form stays open if saving fails, so you can fix the error without starting over.
When you highlight or drag project tasks, they align better, and the dividers are clearer when you move the pointer over them.
