Migration is included when you switch to AmpliFlow

When you switch to AmpliFlow, we move the files and data we have agreed on. Migration is included for new customers at no extra charge.

Before work starts, we record what will move, where it is stored, and where it belongs in AmpliFlow. You know what is included before the move begins.

Migration is part of onboarding

Migration used to be a separate project with an extra charge. Since 25 August 2026, it has been part of onboarding. You do not need to order a separate migration project before you start using AmpliFlow.

What we move

  • files from SharePoint,
  • files from file servers and shared folders,
  • files and data from older management-system tools,
  • data from CRM and ERP systems when AmpliFlow has corresponding fields.

We need access to the material and must be able to open the files. Before the move, we identify damaged files, missing access, and data with no corresponding place in AmpliFlow. You decide whether to correct it, leave it behind, or handle it another way.

How the move works

You appoint a contact who knows the material and gives us access. We review what will move and where it belongs.

If the source has custom fields, links, or permission rules, we start with a smaller trial move. This shows that the information ends up in the right place before we move the rest.

After the move, we open a sample of the files, check that the data is in the right place, and test the permissions. You review the result with us, then we correct any errors.

Employees can then continue working with documents, nonconformities, and actions in AmpliFlow. Learn how AmpliFlow supports your management system.

Book a walkthrough to review what you want to move and when you want to start.
