Report deviations from checklist activities through MCP
What’s new
You can now ask an AI assistant connected to AmpliFlow through MCP to report a deviation from a specific checklist activity. The deviation links to both the actual checklist and the exact activity, so you can follow up where it was reported.
This supports activities whose owning step is unfinished, with status None or NotCompleted. Finalized steps, archived or deleted sources, and unclear or contradictory source evidence are not supported. Reporting can mark an unfinished step as NotCompleted.
Your usual permissions, visibility rules, form requirements, impact gradings and privacy rules still apply. If it is uncertain whether the deviation was created, the MCP service does not automatically repeat creation. Check whether the deviation exists before making another attempt.
This is functionality for AI assistants through MCP, not a new checklist interface.
