Filter project timelines by assignee, tag, and due date

Project timelines now include filters for assignee, tag, and due date. You can also search for a task and hide completed work. When you open the timeline, the first remaining task appears automatically.

People who created a task can now edit, assign, and complete it without full edit access to the project. Owners and editors can also archive custom lists and list records.

What’s new

Projects

  • Filter the timeline by assignee, tag, or due date, search by text, or hide completed tasks. When you open the timeline, the first incomplete task appears automatically.
  • If you created a task, you can edit and complete it, assign it to others, and add, change, or remove subtasks and attachments without full edit access to the project. Full edit access is still required to change its milestone or estimate, or to delete the task.

Custom lists

  • Owners and editors can archive custom lists and list records. They then become read-only, and only administrators can restore or delete them. Old direct links no longer lead to archived lists.

Improvements

Timesheets and connected calendars

  • Time entries remain available if you can no longer open the project. Project, task, and milestone names are then replaced with “Restricted”, and the entries cannot be edited.
  • You can still stop a running timer or delete a time entry after an extra confirmation. New time entries and timers can only be linked to projects you can access.
  • Events with the same name remain separate when they come from different connected calendars. Each row shows the calendar name, and changes affect only the event in the selected calendar.
  • If several automatic rules match the event name, AmpliFlow uses the rule with the longest matching search phrase.
  • Saving a calendar connection or rule now shows a confirmation. If you cancel while creating one, the form is cleared without saving anything.

Projects

  • Subtask dates and content now appear on the same row.
  • A project appears 100 percent complete only after every task is complete.
  • The activity feed loads more events as you scroll. Events are no longer marked as read automatically, and deleted tasks appear as text rather than links.

Fixed bugs

Custom lists and KPIs

  • If you cancel an archive, deletion, or KPI change, the confirmation dialog closes without applying the change. If archiving or deletion fails, you can retry it in the same dialog.

Checklists and templates

  • People with limited template access can now open the template list again and see their available templates.
  • Checklist PDF reports keep values in the same order as the screen. Nested custom lists no longer produce repeated columns.
