AmpliFlow’s Operations Development Manager Joakim Stenström, with extensive international experience working with management systems and standards development, has recently joined the working group working on developing the standard ISO/IEC DIS 42001 - Information technology - Artificial intelligence - Management system. Patrik Björklund, AmpliFlow’s CEO, also participated in the working group as a technical expert.

ISO/IEC DIS 42001 is an important milestone in the field of artificial intelligence (AI).
The project concerns AI management systems. It is relevant both to organisations building AI products and to organisations using purchased AI tools. For a user organisation, this can mean deciding which tasks a tool may handle, who checks the result and how reported errors are followed up. A developer faces additional decisions about how the product is built and tested. The management system needs to keep those decisions connected so that responsibility and assessments are not lost when technology or use changes.
