Do I need to purchase a plan right now?
No. You can start a free trial after a demo and purchase when you're ready. The trial includes all features except for the features from the Enterprise plan.
How do I purchase?
Contact support via our in-app chat to upgrade to a paid plan. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
Can I get a discount?
Not normally. Contact us to discuss your needs. If you are on a monthly plan and wish to switch, contact support via the in-app chat and we will be happy to help you upgrade.
Is my data secure?
We take stewardship of your data seriously. We encrypt data at rest with real-time encryption and decryption of the database, associated backups, and transaction log files at rest.
What happens at the end of my trial?
Upgrade to a paid plan if AmpliFlow is right for you. If not you don't need to do anything. Your data will remain intact and your account will become read only. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
What are the different roles users can have?
An administrator can do anything, this is the role automatically assigned to your account when you sign up. Mappers can create, edit and archive procedures. Planner can schedule and edit running checklists and a user with the improvement manager role will be notified of and can administer all improvements that users register.
I'm a non-profit or a startup, can I get an extra discount?
As a rule we do not provide a non-profit och start-up discount. However if you do good for humanity and the environment we might be able to help you out. Contact us in-app and we can discuss a brighter future together.
